Our Impact

CHANGING THE FUTURE BY EDUCATING TODAY

African American Teaching Fellows supports and develops current educators to serve local schools. We support educators with financial support, professional development, job training skills, and a network of educators.

We want to change that.

Every year, a group of African American Teaching Fellows earns teaching licenses and joins the community-wide effort to create schools that model excellence, diversity, and student achievement. This growing group of educators works to eliminate racial disparity in our schools and prepare all students for a brighter, more collaborative future.
